Stephanie Mullen

Executive Director Stephanie Mullen joined the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada in August 2015.

In this role, Mullen serves as chief financial officer and directs daily operations of the PUCN, including budgets, administration and human resources as well as purchases and contracts entered into by the PUCN.

Prior to being appointed Executive Director, Mullen was the Administrative Manager at the Stanford Sierra Camp and Conference Center at Fallen Leaf Lake, Calif., for four years. Previously, she was a staff accountant at Camp Richardson Resort and Marina in South Lake Tahoe and operations manager for Pasha Corporate Housing in San Diego.

Mullen earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2005.

Mullen currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Regulatory Research Institute and as the Co-Chair of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners' Subcommittee on Executive Management.
