(PUCN) has ordered NV Energy (Nevada Power d/b/a as NV Energy) to return $59.7
million in overearnings from 2018 and 2019 to its current Southern Nevada
customers in the form of a one-time bill credit to be issued as soon as

5. How will the credit be applied to customer bills?
The bill credit will first be applied to any outstanding past due balances and then
to the current balance. If the credit is larger than the current bill, it will be carried forward to the next bill.
6. Does this apply to other utilities?
No. It only applies to NV Energy’s Southern Nevada customers. It does not apply to NV Energy Northern Nevada customers or any other utility.
7. Do I have to apply for this credit?
No. It will automatically be applied to your account through NV Energy’s customer
